Development of both domestic and international vendors/suppliers for heavy
fabricated equipments, heat exchangers, structural platforms, assemblies and
small/large precision machined components required for special industrial melting systems.
Establish procurement procedures.
Establish Inspection procedures/QAP and manufacturing processes inspection services.
Coordinate with Logistics and Freight Forwarding agencies.
Import export clearance and formalities.
Establishment of Letter of Credit, bank guarantees, negotiation of documents.
